Noruwa Joseph Edokpolo is an accomplished professional with well over 25 years’ experience in Coaching, Facilitation, Training and Consulting.

He is passionate about people: helping them discover purpose, working with them to create sustainable initiatives to accomplish that purpose.

He is an Organizational Development Certified Professional (ODCP), an International Labour Organization (ILO) Certified Master Trainer.

His working life spans experience from Multinational and Non-Profits. He also regularly consults for some UN agencies like the International Labour

Organization (ILO) and United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

He is the author of 2 books that have each sold in excess of 3000 copies both locally and Internationally.

Naked: The mystery of openness in Marriage and On Your Marks: A business Startup guide. Both books are available online on leading online retailers.

He is the CEO of the Noruwa Edokpolo Mentorship series, a mentorship program for Men, Marriages and Business start-ups.

Noruwa also volunteers his time as a Pastor with The Redeemed Christian Church of God. He presently serves as the Pastor-in-charge-of Province Lagos Province 77 with Head Quarters located at Beautiful Gate Parish, Arepo Ogun State.

He is happily married with children.

MAUREEN IYASELE (pronounced E.ya.sele)

Maureen is the vibrant, purpose-driven, and dogged founder of the JobMag Centre. Originally trained as a Chemical Engineer from the University of Birmingham and with 5 years sterling stint in the oil and gas industry, Maureen quit her job in 2010 to found the centre.

JobMag is a walk-in capacity building firm with a strong focus to build capacity in the Nigerian youth and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) they work for. With over 400 young individuals being attended too at the centre on monthly basis, the centre provides recruitment services, trainings, workshops, insightful mentoring talks, career coaching with an ultimate goal to place young people in their preferred jobs.

The JobMag Centre consulting arm has provided HR and Business Process Re-Engineering services to an array of Small and Medium Businesses. They have successfully structured businesses in various industries such as, clothing, food, promotional, printing, logistics, health tech, fin tech and farming, to name a few.

The success of this business led Maureen to register another business in January, 2019 called the SME Upturn Place which fully embraces the structuring and development of SMEs in Nigeria. Maureen is a certified Commonwealth Youth Trainer, a certified Clarity 4D Personality Profiler and a Vital Voices Fellow (a Hillary Clinton Initiative).

She also sits on the Youth Policy Commission of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG). In recognition of young Nigerians making a difference in the society, Maureen was awarded Naija Diamond Awards (a Mo Abudu and Diamond Bank Initiative) in 2011.
