About Blackwash

Introducing Blackwash Blog; People of Colour

DUDUBLOG, www.dudublog.com.ng, the blog we launched in May 2018 to celebrate the man and woman of colour is now rested.

Our legal team had advised that we apply for a trademark at the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, Abuja. They counselled that having a Trademark would bring exclusive rights to the name of the brand, build trust, recognition and intellectual property of the company.  However, we were informed during the name search that DUDUBLOG was already a property of another entity. We were fortunate.

BLACKWASHwww.blackwash.blog will take DUDUBLOG even further. It will continue to echo the beauty, struggles and successes of black people in Nigeria and diaspora. BLACKWASH will chronicle the evolution and contributions of the man and woman of colour to literature, sports, entertainment, technology, public and corporate governance and the general good of humanity.

From the rustic to the urbane, Moremi Ajasoro to Harriet Tubman, EBONY to BLACKWASH,  Muhammad Ali to Anthony Joshua. From Chinua Achebe to Kaine Agary, W.E.B Dubois to Ali Mazrui, Motown to Mavin, Bob Marley to Patoranking, Fela Anikulapo Kuti to Burna Boy and every other brother and sister who have given us music loaded with purity, depth and richness.

We thank everyone who has shared our vision and supported us in prayers, advise and adverts. We are on a journey of becoming the most reliable resource on black experience. Come along.
