The Last Dance is a 10 part documentary that chronicles the untold story of Basketball legend, Micheal Jordan and The Chicago Bulls dynasty with rare, never before seen footage and sound from the 1997-1998 championship season. The production included over 100 interviews with famous figures and basketball’s biggest names, including Jordan himself and Phil Jackson, Scottie Pippen, Steve Ker, Dennis Rodman, Pat Riley, Charles Barkle, Dikembe Mutombo, Patrick Ewing, Barack Obama, Justin Timberlake and many others.

According to reports, the show had a high production value, which had drawn casual fans and serious basketball fans alike. Michael Jordan’s larger-than-life journey sold better than any fictional show could. After all, everything he achieved was real, and this documentary provides unique insight into the mind of a man who wanted to go the length to win it all.

The Last Dance is a 2020 American sports documentary miniseries co-produced by ESPN Films and Netflix. Directed by Jason Hehir, the series revolves around the career of Michael Jordan, with particular focus on his last season with the Chicago Bulls.
